Henry Emeka

Founder

Henry provides strategic leadership, capital oversight, and long-term direction for Landbou Barn. 

He is an accomplished financial risk professional with over 13 years of cross-market experience gained at global consulting firms KPMG, EY, and Deloitte across the United Kingdom, the Middle East, and Africa. 

Solomon Amauchechukwu Alo 

Company Secretary

Solomon is the legal adviser to Landbou Barn providing pro bono legal consultancy services to the Business on an ad-hoc basis.

Solomon is a full-time Senior Legal Counsel at Savannah Energy Plc where he advises the business on strategy and risks mitigation techniques for their projects.

Jane Ijilusi

Non-Executive Director (Sales & Marketing)

Jane is a serial entrepreneur with business interests in Nigeria and the United Kingdom. She is the founder of Esele Lifestyle & Logistics Ltd, Advance Choice Service, Wanderlust Travels and Tours, and Rejuvenate Hub and Wellbeing CIC, a wellness-oriented.

She currently works as an NMC-registered nurse within UK Community District Nursing Services.

Kenechi Onyia

Non-Executive Director (Finance)

Kenechi is a finance professional with over ten years’ experience in audit, financial management, internal controls, and risk management across multinational and regulated environments.

He currently serves as Group Internal Auditor (Europe & Central Asia) at Intertek, where he provides strategic oversight of governance, controls, and risk management across multiple markets..

Chibuzo Ihentuge-Eric

Non-Executive Director (Human Resources)

Chibuzo is an experienced human resource professional with strong expertisein people operations, organisational culture, talent management, and HR strategy across fast-growing startups and established businesses.

She currently serves as Head, People & Culture at PaidHR, where she leads strategic HR planning, recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and culture development.
